A hidden gem among wedding venues with its scenic views and Instagram worthy sunsets, Elk Run has a hometown feel with vintage charm. This is the perfect atmosphere to host your next event whether it be a wedding, business gathering, or private party. No two events are alike, and we welcome our clients’ ideas of how we can meet their diverse tastes.
Elk Run provides two tents for our clients when booking our outdoor space. Our first is our “Cinderella” hexagon tent which is 30 x 30. Our second is a rectangle tent also 30 x 30. Both tents can be utilized to accommodate a wedding capacity of around 100-150 guests. For 150-200, 200+ guests we recommend renting a third tent from one of our preferred rental companies. We have ample space to add a third tent.
Our Champagne Room is perfect for more intimate gatherings. This indoor space contains our wine library, so you and your guests can celebrate surrounded by some of Elk Run’s finest vintage wine. This space is ideal for small groups of 10-15 people. This room can also be used as a Bridal Suite for weddings, as it does have direct access to our restroom.
Ceremonies at the winery include one half hour of rental time and white ceremony chairs with set up & break down.
Give your guests something to special to commemorate your event. Custom Wine Labels-Prices vary and Customized Wine Glasses- $5.00 a glass (Minimum order of 36) plus a $38 set up fee.
New guidance now allows Elk Run to sell bottles to go or to enjoy on the outdoor premises. We are not yet offering tastings. Please give us a call at 410.775.2513 if you have any questions.
